Puppy-themed, classic card game, Sheepshead. It is a trick-taking game in the Whist family along with Bridge, Euchre, Hearts, Spades, etc. This is a 5 player version.
New! You can play with friends or computer controlled AI bots, or both.
I consider Sheepshead my favorite card game, and I’ve played most all of them. This app is meant to bring new players to the game; pick up the game and just start playing. Training progresses quickly, and even the most experienced players might learn a thing or two. The thought process behind each strategic decision is explained! The AI will suggest a play in every situation if you request it…and explain why!
– From a mature Sheepshead AI originally published in 1992 and updated in 2019.
To measure your progress, you will be training a puppy which will advance through its lessons as you learn. Puppy raising tips come from 16 years of service-dog training experience.
