RipFile应用简介

RipFile streamlines the process of turning documents into lines of data with a beautiful UI optimised for fast data entry.

Optical Character Recognition (OCR) turns document text into consumable data.
Reduces your keystrokes by learning from data previously entered.
Easily search for and view documents previously processed.
Supports jpg, png, pdf.
Manage data on your device without pushing potentially sensitive information to the cloud.
Imported data is stored in a SQLite database on your device. You can export and import backups to a folder you specify.
Export data to CSV.
It’s not just for receipts. Ripfile can be configured for any document type. Maybe you are faced with pulling FirstName, LastName, Address and Email from thousands of application forms.
Allows for ‘de-duping’ of documents imported.
Stores a soft copy so that you don’t have to retain (the fading) paper one.
Note, Ripfie doesn’t actually take photos of your documents. It expects that the documents already reside on your device (png, jpg, pdf). We use the Office Lens app (Android and iPhone) from Microsoft to scan and save receipts to the file system (via one-drive or drop box).
