Suncor DFI应用简介
This application works in conjunction with the TrackTreads Web Application to allow for custom forms based inspections of GET and Structural components, and general machine condition. Custom forms created in the Web App can be loaded onto the mobile app and completed by one or more inspectors at the same time. Data entered on the mobile app is synced to the web app in real time when an internet connection is available, but can also be entered while offline and synced later when a connection is available. Data entered can be monitored in real time on the Web App, allowing for immediate restorative actions to be identified through interpretation of answers entered and based on attention flags that are added manually or automatically from the mobile App.
Forms on the Mobile App can also be synced to show the latest data entered by other inspectors using the mobile app, or on the web app.
Questions can be linked directly to components and observation points currently setup in the TrackTreads system to capture component measurements and evaluations. General questions that are not linked to specific components can also be created with a variety of answer options (multiple choice, multiple selection, True/False, numeric, free text).
Administrations have full control over the setup of their forms to allow for the move from traditional paper based forms to digital forms. This includes basic pre-start checklists for machine operators through to full and comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Inspections.
